  1. Booking Information

  • How to Book: Through contact form, email, whatsapp or call.

  • Trial Day: A 59 € trial day in advance is required for first-time overnight stays. If your dog displays unsocial or disruptive behavior, we reserve the right to decline further bookings.

  1. What to Bring

  • Dog’s passport.

  • Food, snacks and toys.

  1. Updates and Communication

  • Daily updates, including photos and videos, will be sent via WhatsApp.

  1. Payment Options

  • Payments are kindly requested in advance and can be made by cash, Payconiq, or bank transfer. 

  1. Health Requirements

  • Dogs must be vaccinated with up-to-date DHP (valid 3 years), Leptospirosis (valid 1 year), and Kennel Cough (valid 1 year).

  • Spaying or neutering is required for dogs over six months old.

  • Dogs must be flea-free.

  1. Unacceptable Breeds

  • We cannot accommodate breeds prone to aggression or excessive barking, such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or Cane Corsos.

  1. Owner Responsibilities

  • Owners must supply food for their dog’s stay. If needed, we can supply food at an additional cost.

  • Owners are responsible for covering the cost of any damages their dog may cause to our property.

  • Any additional costs, including vet care, will be charged to the owner.

  1. Policies

  • Abandonment: Dogs not collected within seven days without notice will be considered abandoned.

  • Cancellations: Please note that reservation fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance can be credited to a future booking.
